Before entering the world of finance, Michelle spent over 20 years as an occupational therapist and educator. Her career was rooted in caring for others—but when she was suddenly widowed, left to raise two teenagers with only forty-eight cents in her bank account, she faced a harsh reality: trading time for money would never build true security.
